CFK met with Jorge Rivas

President Cristina Fern ndez de Kirchner met with socialist Deputy Jorge Rivas, at Olivos presidential residence., where they spoke for almost an hour.
Former president N stor Kirchner, the Presidential General secretary, Oscar Parrilli, socialist deputy Ariel Basteiro and the Parliamentary Relations of the Cabinet Chief's Office secretary, Oscar Gonz lez, were also in the meeting.
Rivas, who was elected as National Deputy, took his seat almost a year later due to a violent assault he suffered on November 2007 that left him tetraplegic.
Gonz lez told the press that they talked about "Jorge's recovery, about his family and daughters' happiness, about the moment when he could finally take his seat at Congress and about politics."
