UPDATE 2-Argentina may omit sweeteners in debt swap-report

BUENOS AIRES, April 8 (Reuters) - Argentina will likely leave out two potential sweeteners for investors in a debt swap offer to holders of $20 billion in defaulted bonds, an Argentine financial newspaper reported on Thursday.
The government looks set to exclude past due interest payments and a December payment for 2009 economic growth on GDP-linked warrants, two elements that would have increased the value of Argentina's offer, Ambito Financiero reported, without providing a source for the information.
