Argentina Says It Bought Back $270 Million in Bonds This Week

Argentina bought back $270 million in bonds this week as part of a program it announced on Aug. 10, the Economy Ministry said in an e-mail statement.

``The government will continue with this buyback program in coming days,'' the ministry said in the statement tonight.
